Savills, on behalf of Industrial UK LP, has let the last remaining units at Coningsby Park in Bretton, Peterborough to Orca CT Trading Ltd.
The clothing and footwear wholesaler has agreed to a new three-year lease for units 13 and 14, which comprises 27,985 sq ft (2,599 sq m) of newly refurbished warehouse space. Following this latest deal, the park is now fully let.
Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Having undergone a £5 million refurbishment, Coningsby Park now provides Grade A, modern warehouse space just a couple of miles north of Peterborough city centre. The fact that the park is now fully let is testament to the quality of the scheme and the landlord’s ongoing investment, especially as occupiers continue their flight to quality.”
