CBRE has kicked off 2013 with four promotions in its South Central Region. Chris Pearson and Richard Kirby have both been promoted to Director in the Professional and Building Surveying teams and Emma Lockey and David Lealan have been promoted to Associate Directors in the Agency and Property & Asset Management teams.
Chris Pearson joined CBRE in 2007 with a particular remit for landlord and tenant. He has extensive lease consultancy experience having worked in London and across the South since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in the late 1980s.
Richard Kirby joined in 2010 to develop new clients and existing relationships as the department has grown throughout the South Central area. He previously set up and ran local branches of Romans and also the building consultancy service line for Primmer Olds.
Emma Lockey has been associated with the firm since leaving University, initially with Austin Adams and then CBRE from 2006. She initially undertook all areas of agency leasing, but more recently has focused on the Southampton office market, specialising in acquisitions and disposals on behalf clients.
David Lealan joined Southampton’s expanding Property & Asset Management team in March 2011 from BNP Paribas where he spent four years in Property Management and Corporate Real Estate Advisory. Having worked across the South for over a decade, David also has experience in Lease Consultancy and Valuation/Loan Security Advice through time at Interbay Commercial, a secured lender, and Vail Williams.”
