Knight Frank Bristol has acted on behalf of Delta Properties on the sale of 1120 Aztec West in North Bristol for £13.10m. The property was purchased by Proximity Data Centres, one of the UK’s fastest growing regional edge colocation data centre providers.
The 90,000 sq ft unit is currently operated by Cap Gemini who have a lease until December 2024.
Aztec West is situated in the north of Bristol, near Bradley Stoke and Patchway. It is close to the M4 and M5 motorways and the Almondsbury Interchange.
