Breezblok, formerly known as Business Space Made Easy, has completed on a 4 yearlong lease agreement on 4 floors with circa 15,500 sq.ft at John Stow House, London. Despite the deal just completing the space is already 50% let.
John Stow House is located on the east side of Bevis Marks between London Liverpool Street and Aldgate and is owned by, Merton Holdings Ltd who is the landlord. This is another site for Breezblok, a flexible managed office solution, who also operate at St Magnus House with clients including City AM and The Samaritans.
“The office market in London has changed since the pandemic, it is being driven by a need for versatility and flexibility” comments Michael Knapp, Sales & Acquisitions Director at Breezblok London, “Longer leases are often preferred, but short term leases offer certainty too, especially for landlords where flexible space is unchartered territory but there is a need to diversify their portfolio. We are excited to be expanding our offer in the city, we currently have huge demand for our service which is why we are already at 50% capacity despite just agreeing the lease formally. We are looking for further opportunities, and we have sites already in the pipeline for later this year.”
John Stow House has recently been refurbished, each floor is offered with a typical floor plan for 70 desks and 3 meeting rooms, the 3rd floor is currently open plan with opportunity for a bespoke offer to suit a prospective clients requirement.
