Acting on behalf of a private investment fund, Goadsby are pleased to report the acquisition of the former Mount Public House in Curfe Mullen, Dorset.
The two storey former public house, measuring approx 2,500 sq ft offered sufficient space to allow the former premises to be converted into a day nursery, after a successful change of use.
Chris Darlow of Goadsby comments: ‘This acquisition shows there is life after the tunnel for pubs which are struggling in this difficult economic period we are currently experiencing. It also highlights the need for further day nurseries in the local area.’
Goadsby are continuing to search for opportunities in Dorset and Hampshire on behalf on clients. Any sites larger than 0.3 acres such as car garages, pubs and retail parades are of interest.
