Roythornes Solicitors has completed its relocation to new Birmingham offices as the business continues to expand, property specialists Centrick have announced.
The Top 150 law firm has agreed a lease on 3,500 sq ft of office space at 1 Newhall Street in the city centre.
Centrick commercial director Alex Tross, acting on behalf of Roythornes, secured the accommodation in a deal with landlords Ardstone Capital. The building has recently undergone a full refurbishment to provide Grade A office space with excellent amenities and common areas.
Due to consistent and substantial growth, this is Roystone’s fourth move in the city since opening its first Birmingham office in February 2020. This latest move is the next stage of strategic growth and allows the firm to build on the solid foundations laid two years ago.

Formerly known as Phoenix House, 1 Newhall Street was acquired by Ardstone Capital in 2014. It contains office accommodation over eight upper floors, with a retail unit at ground floor, and storage space at basement level.
It benefits from its prime position on Newhall Street adjacent to its junction with Colmore Row in Birmingham’s central office core. Both Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill railway stations are within walking distance.
