One of the best-known office agents in the M25 and London’s southwest corridors, Piers Leigh, has joined Curchod & Co, the leading Surrey and Hampshire-based chartered surveyors and commercial property agents, as a Partner from Avison Young where he led the South East office agency and investment team.
Piers joined Avison Young in June 2016 and has over 22 years of experience in the office sector across London and the South East.

He has also advised on office investments such as the purchase of Cathedral Square in Guildford for Edison and Europa, 3 Longwalk, Stockley Park for CCLA, Frimley Business Park for Rushmoor Borough Council and Windsor Office Park for clients of Gatehouse Bank.
