Commercial property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook has announced it has been appointed to the highly acclaimed Homes England, Property and Financial Professional Services Framework, Lot 1.
The news follows the business’s appointment to the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estates Professional Services Framework last year, as well as its best ever financial results on record, which saw it deliver an impressive 21% increase in turnover for the 2021/2022 financial year.
In addition to Hartnell Taylor Cook, Homes England has appointed 17 of the UK’s leading commercial property companies to the Framework, which is used to commission property-related services for all public sector bodies. The appointment will allow the business to provide a range of services to Homes England, including development consultancy, agency (site disposal and acquisition), estate management, valuation, viability appraisal, financial services and project management.
The past year has seen a substantial growth in the business’s public sector work and this move will allow Hartnell Taylor Cook to expand the number of public sector bodies that it is able to offer its multi-faceted market tender.
Commenting on the news, Jonathan Marwood, Asset Management Partner at Hartnell Taylor Cook, said:
“We are delighted to have been appointed to the Homes England Framework. It’s fantastic to be afforded the opportunity to showcase our multi-discipline offering to a number of different public sector bodies and support some truly important projects. It’s been great to achieve such success on our 100th year anniversary and we look forward to continuing to build upon the public sector work that we are already involved in.”
