Speed was key to a major Wolverhampton office letting by Birmingham-based Real Estate Investors plc.
Fast growing mechanical and electrical contractors King & Moffatt Building Services needed more space urgently, so the letting of the entire 7,450 sq ft ground floor at Venture Court, Wolverhampton, was completed in just two weeks.
The company, which was involved in the major refurbishment of the Alexander Stadium in time for the Commonwealth Games starting on 28 July, has taken the space for five years, with a tenant-only break at three years.
Jack Sears, asset manager at REI, said: “This was an open market letting to King & Moffatt Building Services and we are very grateful to all those who moved so quickly to enable this to complete smoothly and efficiently.”
REI was represented by Rod Spiby of Bulleys with legal advice from Donna Barnes at Shakespeare Martineau.
