Papa Johns has sub-let its 27,314 sq ft/2,537 sq m distribution facility at Gailey Park, Four Ashes, Wolverhampton.
Air Liquide, which produces and supplies industrial and medical gases, has taken over the remaining two-year term after the facility became surplus to the pizza chain’s requirements.
The deal was agreed at the passing rent of £5.30 per sq ft; the landlord is a private Jersey-based pension fund.
James Darby, associate director in Colliers International’s industrial and logistics team, advised Papa Johns.
