Banks Long & Co, the multi-discipline property consultants and chartered surveyors based in Lincolnshire, has proudly announced the appointment of a new Associate Director within their team.
Charlotte Elkington, who started her Banks Long & Co career in 2018 as a Surveyor within the Management & Professional Services Division, has now been promoted to the role of Associate Director.

Charlotte has been a valuable member of our team over the past four years, during which time she has made a significant impact to the growth of the division. This appointment is a well deserved reward and recognition for that outstanding contribution.”
“Within the past 12 months alone Charlotte has been instrumental in the leadership of the division, which is responsible for approximately £6m in rent collection on behalf of our clients and £1.5m in service charge management. Charlotte has also demonstrated excellent leadership skills in her support and mentoring of colleagues working towards their Associate RICS membership.”
