A Worcestershire property company which owned a huge urban logistics site in Droitwich leased to online retail giant Amazon has been successfully sold, thanks to expert advice from Thursfields Solicitors.
Gareth Burge and Robert Pettigrew, corporate and commercial property directors at Thursfields, along with corporate associate Joe Rollins, provided advice to the principal shareholders of PJM Properties (Droitwich) Ltd
The sale was to LondonMetric Property plc, a FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust, for an undisclosed amount.
