Prime Property Consultancy has let part of the second floor of Elm Court, M60 Office Park to engineering recruitment specialist, Redstone Associates.
Redstone, a market leader in the supply of specialist resources to the rail industry, has taken a suite of 4,000 sq ft in the last available building on the park.
