Flude were able to agree terms with the new occupiers who are all taking leases of varying lengths of the five brand new units at Donnington Business Park. The new occupiers are Product Design and Development Ltd, ADF Milking Ltd, Growing Revolution Limited and Jarrah Venables Ltd.
Donnington Business Park is a modern and well-established estate, situated in an attractive semi-rural area along the A286, with easy access to the A27 Chichester By-Pass about half a mile to the north.
The design of each new unit is of high quality, offering an attractive and modern working environment. All five units have 4.4m eaves, allocated parking and electric car charging points. The units were designed to create a flexible space to support a wide range of tenants and we are looking forward to seeing the new occupier’s thrive in their respective units at Donnington Business Park.
