Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made two key moves within its senior team to support planned growth across transactional service lines.
Mike Thatcher takes the role of national director, spearheading LSH’s relationships with its institutional clients. Currently LSH’s head of transactional services and having held a number of senior leadership roles with LSH, Mike is an experienced capital markets specialist. He has represented clients including Nuveen, Mayfair Capital, Patrizia and Fiera Deals and advised on flagship deals across the major sectors. Mike will continue to lead LSH’s capital markets service line.
Ryan Dean, LSH’s head of national office advisory, is promoted to the role of head of transactional services and will lead the growth of the firm’s transactional teams. An active figure within the offices market, Ryan has advised clients including Mayfair Capital, Regal London, BBC, Spelthorne Borough Council, EasyJet, V7, Landid and Kenney Wilson and is currently advising on some of the best new office developments in the south-east.
