BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has been appointed by Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council as sole office leasing agents at its landmark Civic Campus development.
Following an agency tendering process, BNPPRE were mandated to lease the 60,000 sq ft King Street office building in Hammersmith, which forms part of the wider Civic Campus offer.
The office building, designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, will provide six flexible floors each totalling 10,000 sq ft with floor to ceiling glazing and an exposed services finish, and benefits from a roof terrace. It is due for completion in December 2023.

Civic Campus comprises a historic town hall building which is being transformed to include a new community art and event spaces and a new public roof top bar and restaurant. A new square is also being created together with 204 new homes, a new four-screen cinema together and new affordable, flexible office spaces for start-up businesses.
BNPPRE’s new mandate at Civic Campus follows other recent client wins including The Government Property Agency (GPA) appointing it as its new strategic partner for national property and property-related financial services.
