A leading facilities management company has secured a new office headquarters in Bedfordshire, commercial property consultants Kirkby Diamond have announced.
Churchill Group has agreed to take 7,650 sq ft of new office space at Cedar House, Capability Green, in Luton. Kirkby Diamond was instructed by the company to acquire headquarters premises in the region.
It plans to close its three existing offices in Harpenden and relocate to Capability Green to allow the business to grow and create new jobs in the region.
Eamon Kennedy, executive partner and head of commercial agency at Kirkby Diamond, said: “Acting on behalf of Churchill Group, I negotiated a lease assignment of an existing interest held by Marriott Hotels. The first floor office space at Cedar House meets all of their requirements as they seek to amalgamate their existing premises into one very impressive headquarters.”
He added: “Cedar House at Capability Green provided the company with a rare opportunity to secure high quality premises and we wish them every success in the future.”
Joel Briggs, group CEO of Churchill Group, said: “Kirkby Diamond, led by Eamon Kennedy, have ensured we have a great workspace for our colleagues in the foreseeable future and we are very grateful for his support.”
