Paul Stewart, Deputy Managing Director of Goadsby Commercial is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Greig as Manager of the Valuation team in the Bournemouth Commercial office.
Paul reports “We are delighted to bring someone of Peter’s experience into our team. Peter joins from Vickery Holman, Truro, and has much experience of dealing with secured lending valuations for all the major High Street banks. This not only fits our criteria of serving our existing clients, but, we anticipate building our bank valuation contacts through Peter”.
“Peter was a Senior Surveyor at Vickery Holman and is now looking to take his next career step by helping us manage our existing team. Peter is a full MRICS member, a Registered Valuer, and was also part of the marketing group for his last firm”.
Paul goes on to say “Peter is a National Osprey class sailing champion and will no doubt be looking forward to testing the waters off the coast of southern central England to see how they compare to the west country!”.
