CEG, advised by Hanover Green and Bray Fox Smith, has let 9,943 sq ft on the second floor of its landmark office development 69 Park Lane, in Croydon, to Janes, the trusted global agency for open-source intelligence.
The company is relocating from its current location in Coulsdon and has signed a 10-year lease with a break option at five, at a rent of in the mid £30’s per sq ft. The 70,000 sq ft building, which occupies a prominent corner site in the heart of Croydon, recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment with new glazing and air conditioning, an enlarged entrance, state-of-the-art gym, café, showers and secure bike storage. On-site car parking is also available.
David Cuthbert of Hanover Green said: “69 Park Lane is the first of a new generation of office accommodation in Croydon. With a strong focus on health and wellbeing coupled with high specification fitted and unfitted accommodation, it sets a new standard in the market.”
Chris Light, Chief Financial Officer of Janes said “I am delighted for this move to 69 Park Lane, as are the rest of the team — as a business we are calling this the transformational year and this move is definitely part of that.”
Martin Burke Associates advised Janes.
