Micheldever Tyres has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, as its principal supplier for rent review, rating and building surveying services following single party negotiations.
The Group is one of the largest tyre distributors and retailers in the UK with 63 retail branches, including the largest single tyre retail outlet in Micheldever, Hampshire, together with 14 distribution centres located across the UK. Other services are likely to be required, including provision of an extranet and reorganisation of its estates records.
