Savills, on behalf of Hortus Holdings Ltd, has let 5 Flaxley Road at Kingston Park in Peterborough to Kev Ltd.
The truck parts supplier has agreed to a new three-year lease for warehouse and trade counter space totalling 5,000 sq ft (464 sq m).
