An electrical distributor has leased an industrial unit in Dorset in a letting arranged through property consultancy Vail Williams.
Rexel UK signed a 10-year lease on detached Unit G, a 5,400 sq ft property at Yeomans Industrial Park, Yeomans Way, Bournemouth.
Vail Williams acted on behalf of Ilchester Estates, the landlord of Yeomans Industrial Park.
Bryony Solan, an Associate at Vail Williams’ Bournemouth office, said: “With the addition of Bournemouth and another premises in Poole, Rexel UK has more than 200 branches in the UK.
“Yeomans Industrial Park and Estate continues to attract discerning businesses and is strategically located by Castlepoint shopping centre and close to the Spur Road which leads to the A31 linking Hampshire and Dorset.”
Rent per annum is £60,000, equivalent to £11.11 per square foot.
Other occupiers on the industrial estate include Yellow Buses, Brightwheels, Booker, Adams Morey and Store & Secure
This letting follows recent success, where Vail Williams acted for Ilchester Estates in the letting of Unit 2 Yeomans Industrial Estate, a 1,625 sq ft unit, and the pre-letting of a brand new development of three trade units to create Yeomans Trade Park to Howdens (7,029 sq ft), Screwfix (5,382 sq ft) and Toolstation (3,800 sq ft).
