An award-winning creative agency has taken a giant stride forward by relocating its Birmingham headquarters to prestigious city centre offices, property specialists Centrick announced today.
Full service creative consultancy Giants and Titans has agreed a five-year lease on a 1,250 sq ft office suite at 21 Bennetts Hill in the heart of the city centre.
The property recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment programme. Landlords Hortons Estate has created a range of suites and provided amenities to support the increasingly popular hybrid way of working.
Alex Tross, commercial director at Centrick, said: “Giants and Titans was looking for a city centre office with all the amenities on the doorstep and 21 Bennetts Hill ticked all the boxes. It has all the component parts that make it a compelling offer.
“Hybrid working is here to stay for sure, and if companies want their employees to come into the office in future they will have to give them something worth coming in for. Giants and Titans recognised this and have moved to offices that are in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. The offices have very good environmental credentials too, with 100 per cent renewable energy available within the building.”
Dave Reed, partner at Giants and Titans, said: “As in many industries, the demand for talent in the creative sector is huge so having a beautiful, well-located office for our top-class people to work in is really important for us. 21 Bennett’s Hill gives us all the kind of environment that supports the creation of outstanding work for our global client base by a happy, connected and inspired team.”
There are just seven of the 12 suites left available at 21 Bennetts Hill. Other occupiers to sign leases this year include Unsigned Software and Diverse World.
Centrick chairman James Ackrill said: “It’s great to see companies continuing to commit to city centre offices as we all adapt to the new hybrid way of working. The investment by landlords Hortons Estate in refurbishing the property is paying real dividends in attracting companies that want to offer their workforce something special.”
He added: “Our team is doing wonderful work in promoting high quality office space that provides firms with work space that Since establishing Centrick Commercial two years ago, we’ve experienced consistent growth and we look forward to expanding further in the coming months as we continue to gain new instructions right across the region and further afield.”
Centrick Commercial has enjoyed several recent successes with new instructions by Hortons’ Estate across Birmingham; including the newly refurbished 21 Bennetts Hill, the much-lauded Southside building by Paloma Capital and the former RBS building at 81 Colmore Row by Floreat.
