Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT), the property and building consultancy, has appointed David Cooke as a senior building surveyor based at its Manchester office.
David joins from CBRE and will work across with a range of TFT’s clients and instructions dealing with TDD (Technical Due Diligence), project monitoring and dilapidations.
