Leading coworking provider, Work.Life, are set to expand their popular Soho location at 9 Noel Street, adding an additional floor with 8000 sq ft of private offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
Re-inventing coworking, Work.Life currently have 11 locations across London, Reading and Manchester, and the expansion of their most central location is in response to the increased demand for flexible workspace, with the location having been at capacity since 2019.
The expansion to a second floor, opening this Autumn and already at 55% occupancy, will offer an additional 118 desks across 19 offices and increase the location from 10,000 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft, almost doubling in size. The expansion will also give the existing residents, the likes of Fight or Flight, Fashion Magazine and Sweet Analytics, access to 4 new meeting rooms, as well as additional breakout areas on the additional floor.
