Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management Department is delighted to announce their appointment in the management of a mixed retail and office development in Woking known as Nova Scotia House.
The role will comprise service charge management and commenced on the 1st January 2013.
Goadsby will be dealing with the service charge management which will involve administering all services to the building, and they have already begun re-tendering of the services to achieve value for money for the tenants and owner. Adrian said “We are delighted to be appointed on this property and are predicting a reduction in the service charge of around 20% from the new service charge year that begins in March. We find that our pro-active approach to Property Management is the single most important factor when winning new instructions”.
