Bridge Properties has completed a refurbishment on the second floor of the building totalling 9,700 sq ft and welcomed six new tenants to Eden Point on the ground and first floors.
SKN Spa; Symphony Textiles; Cutts and co; Content Chemistry; Overtec and AMG Financial have taken a total of over 3,500 sq ft at the 32,000 sq ft high-quality office scheme, which occupies a prominent position on the A34 in Cheadle.
The scheme counts Entertainment Today, White Rose Sports Management, JTRS, NFON, BeClear Orthodontics, Camlee Group, Afin Technologies, Action 365 and The John Greening Partnership among its tenants.
Speaking about the recent deals, James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Williams Sillitoe, commented: “Bridge Properties’ proactive approach to the asset management of Eden Point has proved to be a winning formula in attracting and retaining businesses. The newly refurbished space on the 2nd floor lends itself to a large occupier but we have the flexibility of splitting the floors to respond to smaller enquiries.”
Paul McCann of Bridge Properties, continued: “Eden Point has really appealed to organisations who are looking for a more flexible yet professional way of working. The investment we had made in upgrading the space means that we are continually attracting businesses from a wide range of sectors which are looking for a central office location to support their growth.”
Quoting rental at Eden Point is £21.50 per sq ft and car parking is provided at a ratio of 1:225 sq ft.
