FigFlex Offices has unveiled a brand new location at FI Real Estate Management’s (FIREM) Lynch Wood Park campus, making Peterborough the sixth UK city to welcome the established serviced office provider.
The launch of FigFlex Peterborough at Lynch Wood Park follows an extensive fit-out programme, including over 8,000 sq ft of flexible and collaborative workspace complete with 100 work stations, co-working areas, break-out spaces, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
Providing additional business support for its members, FigFlex Peterborough will be managed by a dedicated, experienced centre management team. Optional services include advice from an in-house business development specialist with free business development sessions and business grant guidance available for all members.
FigFlex’s arrival in Peterborough follows its complete rebrand from Fig Offices in 2021. This rebrand brought with it a reimagined product offering to provide businesses of all sizes with a friendlier, convenient and more flexible approach to office based working.
Businesses at FigFlex Peterborough will benefit from a wide range of amenities available at Lynch Wood Park, which is based at the heart of Peterborough Business Park, three miles west of Peterborough city centre.
Located on the site of the former Pearl Centre, the unique campus spans 350,000 sq ft across 11.74 hectares and offers offices for short and long-term lease with space available from one desk up to 50,000 sq ft.
FI Real Estate Management the asset and property managers of Lynch Wood Park have facilitated a substantial investment at the Grade II Listed building. Lynch Wood Park has seen the estate transform into a hub for the 21st century business community. In March this year, Anytime Fitness signed a long term lease for 14,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor and FIREM has partnered with Drax Electric Vehicles to install 12 state-of-the-art EV charging points.
Additional plans at Lynch Wood Park include the creation of a new on-site restaurant, refurbishment of all common areas and the renovation of the lake situated within the grounds.
A spokesperson for FigFlex commented: “FigFlex Offices was a concept developed after extensive research to understand the evolving needs of business. In 2021, Peterborough was named the fourth most entrepreneurial city in the UK, making it a perfect location for FigFlex; this city deserves a diverse commercial market that suits the variety of businesses that are thriving here. We are very proud to launch our sixth location here at Lynch Wood Park and to see the growing popularity of our serviced offer.”
