Bosch has acquired the global HQ of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) at Broadwater Park, Denham for an undisclosed sum.
The 97,223 sq ft building is leased to IHG until July 2023 and sits on a 14-acre site adjacent to Bosch’s UK HQ.
Jonathan Scott, director at LSH, said: “This deal is a sign of confidence in the South-East office market among both occupiers and investors. Strategically located office campuses remain in high demand for key corporate occupiers who seek long-term control over their occupational requirements.”
Lambert Smith Hampton advised Bosch, while the vendor, Berry Properties Ltd, was represented by Michael Elliott.
