Specialist automotive design, engineering and manufacturing consultancy Pinnacle Design has acquired extra premises in Warwick in a £500,000-plus deal.
It has taken Unit 13 at Budbrooke Point, a Chase Commercial development.
The acquisition, which is in addition to the firm’s existing sites in Warwick and Nuneaton will give it increased offices and design studio space.
The deal was advised by Lodders Solicitors in Stratford-upon-Avon where partner Paul Mourton acted on the purchase.
Pinnacle Design works with many of the world’s top car companies including Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Bentley, McLaren and Volkswagen.
It specialises in prototype and production tooling, and in addition concept vehicles, from sketching through to prototype manufacture.
Pinnacle Director Jamie Campbell said: “For us the worldwide automotive market in our disciplines has been and remains to be very buoyant.
“We required a first class design studio facility incorporated within a new HQ to maintain a dominative position in the automotive design and automotive sector.
“These additional premises for Pinnacle will provide additional employment in the Midlands.”
Lodders real estate partner Paul Mourton said: “Pinnacle Design is a young go-ahead company in a sector which is at the cutting edge of innovation and technical development.
“The UK now exports more cars than it imports and Midlands companies like Jaguar Land Rover are huge success stories.
“Pinnacle Design is playing its part in this revolution.”
The company was founded in 2005 “to provide facilities and expertise for both established and establishing companies in design, engineering and manufacturing”.
Mr Campbell added: “Our philosophy is simple. We go ‘The Extra Mile’ to produce top quality design and engineering products, on time and within budget.”
