Flude Property Consultants (FPC) are delighted to announce three further director appointments across the firm. Kim Barnard, Rebecca Lewis and Callum Woodgate have been promoted from Associates to Directors.
Kim joined FPC in 2014 and works as a surveyor within FPC’s property management department. After qualifying as an RICS Associate in May 2016, Kim is responsible for ensuring that the property management department are kept up to date with new and changing legislation. She is responsible for the implementation of new strategies across the department to ensure compliance across the Flude Property Consultants management portfolio.
Kim Barnard commented, “I am delighted on my promotion to Director and look forward to further developing my role within the department and the Company”.
FPC Director, Roger Woudman commented, “Kim has become a great asset to Flude Property Consultants and her promotion to Director is well deserved. Her experience and exceptional knowledge on all aspects of Property Management has been very valuable in advising clients and tenants alike. Kim’s appointment will assist in the continuing development and expansion of the department whilst providing clients with a high standard of service”.
Rebecca joined Flude Property Consultants in 2017 to work within the firm’s Professional team, covering a range of sectors. Rebecca is an RICS APC Assessor and was elected as RICS Matrics Sussex Chair 2017/2018. Matrics is a voluntary arm of the RICS which aims to inspire and engage with the next generation of surveyors. As well as this, Rebecca will be leading and implementing FPC’s graduate training program and will be responsible for ensuring all of FPC’s training and newly qualified surveyors are supported throughout their careers.
Rebecca Lewis commented, ‘I am looking forward to stepping up to my new role and helping to shape the future of Flude. As the company continues to grow, we’re able to focus more on providing the support and well-rounded experience necessary for those employees going through the APC process to become Chartered Surveyors; it’s a great feeling to be playing an active role in that process’.

We are delighted to welcome her to our board of directors, in which she has already taken on the role of mentoring and supporting colleagues in their further development and working to achieve RICS qualifications”.
Callum joined FPC in 2014 and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Having recently moved over to FPC’s Portsmouth office, Callum’s role as Director will see him lead the expansion of the professional department in the Hampshire commercial property market.
Callum Woodgate commented, “I am delighted to have been promoted to Director at Flude Property Consultants. It is a privilege to be a part of such an experienced, multi-disciplinary team and I am looking forward to the next chapter”.
