Colliers has recruited a new director in its Project & Building Consultancy team based in Birmingham.
Richard Nock joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he has specialised in the design and contract administration of construction projects, fund and project monitoring, building acquisition surveys, schedules of dilapidations and feasibility studies. He will lead the team in the Midlands to grow Colliers’ reputation for projects and building consultancy, bringing with him significant experience with blue-chip clients including FedEx, Eon, Royal Mail and Dassault Systemes.
