MCR Property Group has acquired a key site in Colchester, with a view to creating modern commercial premises which will support businesses in the area.
Systematic Business Park currently spans 5.47 acres and benefits from an established commercial area, located off Old Ipswich Road. The site will undergo a £6.8 million renovation project funded by MCR Property Group.
MCR aims to provide high quality, new build, modern industrial assets to suit the needs of light industrial and warehouse operators. Key features of the proposed units include a 10% allocation for offices, eaves height of 8m, ample loading space, and an attractive and contemporary appearance to provide visual interest. HGV access will be available to each unit, and the site will feature 161 parking spaces.

Colchester is a popular town for commuters, 65 miles from central London, and currently undergoing a £3 billion+ development drive, which MCR can both benefit from and contribute to.
MCR Property Group’s acquisition of Systematic Business Park is the latest of six since the start of 2022, as the firm seeks to expand its current commercial portfolio.
