Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new head of building consultancy for the north-west. Mathew Benton joins from Pick Everard and will be based in the Manchester office.
An experienced building surveyor with a demonstrated history in the construction industry Mathew is skilled in the delivery of capital projects, real estate appraisal and development, feasibility studies, working with tenants, and surveying and advising upon large property portfolios. He has previously held roles at JLL, Deloitte Real Estate and Drivers Jonas.
With a team of over 20, LSH’s building consultancy in the north-west has experienced significant growth in the past 12 months and is instructed on both national and regional projects for clients including DNATA, HCA and Plusnet.
