In response to growing demand for development sites across the capital, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a dedicated Regional Land Director for London.
Thaddaeus Jackson-Browne will take over the newly created role and joins from LSH’s Planning, Development and Regeneration team.
Jackson-Browne has spent the past eight years at Lambert Smith Hampton and is experienced in site assembly, urban regeneration, feasibility studies and project management. A qualified town planner, he has also previously held roles at Network Rail and Transport for London.
He joins the LSH National Land Network led by Charles McLean who said: “As development opportunities in London and the south-east remain highly competitive, clients are increasingly turning to us for specialist skills and market intelligence. Thaddaeus’s unique skillset and contact base make him the ideal candidate for this role and I’m sure he will go the extra mile to uncover new opportunities for clients.”
