BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, has secured a new lease on behalf of client CCLA for 8 Wealth Management Ltd, a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management who help clients fulfil their financial aims and aspirations.
The company is set to occupy the ground floor of 1580 Parkway at Solent Business Park, Whiteley, after signing a 10 year lease on the 2,894 sq ft office space.
