The recently announced letting to Clifford Chance at The Lumen, Newcastle Helix sees take up of another full floor within this exemplar Grade A office building.
The international law firm will take a ten year lease of the third floor extending to 15,000 sq ft in 2023, following upon the completion of tenant fit out works. They were attracted to the building, required to accommodate their expansion in Newcastle, by the quality of space along with the high environmental standards which is in line with their mission to reduce CO2 emissions,

The joint letting agents Avison Young and Cushman &Wakefield report good interest in the remaining space.
The Lumen is part of Legal & General’s ongoing investment on Newcastle Helix. The building is designed by Ryder Architecture to BREEAM Excellent standard and has an EPC rating of A.
