Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Building Consultancy Department is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Clarke as a Building Surveyor within their Bournemouth Building Consultancy office. Tim joins the company from Rund Partnership and has extensive experience in project monitoring of contracts up to £300,000, together with Building Pathology.
Adrian Carter states “Tim is an excellent addition to our team and his skills in project monitoring blend well with our existing skill base. Goadsby Building Consultancy deals with all aspects of building consultancy, including preparation of schedules or condition, project monitoring, tenant fit-out, party wall matters, preparation of planned maintenance schedules, property portfolio survey audits, insurance reinstatement valuations, DDA access audits and preparation of schedules of dilapidations for landlords or defending dilapidation claims for tenants. It is this diverse range of experience that Tim Clarke is looking forward to gaining through his new role”.
