Colliers has welcomed Tim Mantle as director and Christian Capocci as associate director to its London Capital Markets team as it continues to bolster its presence in the capital.
Both join from Knight Frank where Tim worked for 12-years and Christian for seven. At Colliers they will work alongside the London Capital Markets team on acquisitions and disposals for both domestic and international clients in the private and public sectors. Tim has built up a significant presence in London having advised on the sales of Holborn Central, 27 Savile Row and the disposal of 55 Broadway. Christian has worked on key deals including 80 New Bond Street, 37-41 Bedford Row and 32 Vauxhall Bridge Road.
