Broadway Developments Yaxley Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and Eddisons, is marketing the next phase of commercial development at Enterprise Park in Yaxley, Peterborough.
Work is now underway on the site, which is situated to the front of Broadway and Eagle Business Park and set across 12 acres (4 hectares). The scheme will comprise a new speculatively built estate of detached, semi-detached and terraced industrial units ranging in size from 1,894 to 7,674 sq ft (175 to 712 sq m). These are available to purchase at a guide price of £150 to £160 per sq ft (£1,614 to £1,722 per sq m), or alternatively a minimum 10-year lease term will be considered. Construction is due to complete from Q4 2022 and into early 2023.
At present, 10 out of the 25 units have already been reserved, although further phases of units may be delivered in due course.
Edward Gee, associate director in the Savills Peterborough office, comments: “The development of Enterprise Park was approved following the success of the last phase of Eagle Business Park next door. Consequently, we have already had significant interest with a number of pre-sales already agreed and various others in discussion, well ahead of completion. Given the significant demand for this type of space in and around Peterborough at the moment, we anticipate that the remaining units will not be on the market for long.”
