A booming dental imaging company is celebrating ten years in business by making new roots at a popular Worcester business centre.
Hulbert Dental ICT – which supplies specialist digital dental imaging equipment to surgeries and hospitals – has signed a three-year lease for unit 8 at Offerton Barns Business Centre in Worcester.
The business centre is located approximately four miles to the north east of Worcester city centre and is just off the A4835 Pershore Lane, which runs between Sixways (M5, junction 6) and Droitwich.
The premium office space, which was marketed by local agents Halls Commercial, will provide a central communal base for the high-end dental technology company’s five staff members, as well as easy motorway access for their regular commercial commutes.
Tony Hulbert, director at Hulbert Dental ICT, said: “The move seemed a perfect way to mark the company’s 10-year anniversary. There is a demand for new, innovative technology in the dental industry, which will require us to expand our sales team in the future. We chose Offerton Barns because it meets our space requirements as well as providing a pleasant rural office environment for the team.”
This recent letting means there are just two vacant units remaining at Offerton Barns Business Centre – suites 5 and 7.
The former agricultural buildings have been sympathetically converted, undergoing extensive refurbishment to provide self-contained office suites to a high specification. The premium suites – which provide more than 1,500 sq ft of commercial/office space – include category II lighting, data trunking, carpeting, security alarms and available external parking.
Charlotte Fullard, senior surveyor at Halls Commercial, said: “Situated in a rural, yet easily accessible location with a high specification finish throughout, these offices present an excellent opportunity for occupiers.”
