Property agency KWB has secured the sale of a headquarters-style building at Meriden Business Park to Bond Estates, the property investment wing of H.W. Coates Holdings.
2010 Meriden Business Park is a 15,279 sq ft, two storey office building with 80 car parking spaces. It is in the village of Meriden just off the A45 between Solihull and Coventry, with good access to Coventry and Birmingham city centres and the M42, M6 and wider motorway network. Neighbouring occupiers include British Showjumping Association and stationery company Nuco International.
Malcom Jones, Head of Office Agency at KWB, secured the sale with joint agency Holt Commercial on behalf of Kennedy Wilson. KWB has been retained to let the building which will have a refurbishment to help answer demand for high quality office space within the Solihull and M42 corridor.
