BNP Paribas Real Estate has continued the strengthening of its Central London transactional teams with the appointment of one of the top rising City investment agents.
Steven Skinner will join its Central London investment team from Savills. Steven has acted for a number of institutional clients and has been involved in excess of £450 million of transactions during 2012.
Steven is appointed as director, reporting into Paul Abrey, head of investment at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
This follows the appointments of Richard Garside as senior director, James Hiatt and Tom Hood all from GVA, who have also joined its Central London investment team.
John Slade, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate, comments: “We are pleased to welcome Steven to our business, as he brings with him a wealth of experience within the City. We will continue to further expand our transactional teams within the UK with individuals who have strong track records.”
These appointments follow BNP Paribas Real Estate’s recent recruitment of Hugh White as senior investment director from LSH, James Keys as senior investment director from Capita Symonds, Nick Rock as head of West End office agency from Brewster Leech and several other senior directors.
