Investment specialists from Colliers International’s Bristol office have sold a prime retail investment at 92 New George Street in Plymouth city centre.
The long leasehold was sold on behalf of the LPA receiver to a private pension fund for £350,000 showing a net initial yield of 9.15 per cent.
The property is let to Card Factory on a new five year lease on a rent of £36,500 per annum.
The new lease was also negotiated by Colliers International’s Bristol office.
The purchaser was represented by Stratton Creber Commercial in Plymouth.
