In another quick deal concluded by Tim Gilbertson, Director of FHP Property Consultants, a superbly presented unit of just under 28,000 sq ft has been let on Julias Way just off the A38 at Junction 28 of the M1.
Acting on behalf of investor clients, Tim Gilbertson concluded the deal to growing local business, We Are CCM Group, to facilitate their onward development.
