A Doncaster business park is now fully let after three major deals were completed in just two months of marketing, highlighting the demand for space within in the industrial property market.
Eaton Park, in Wheatley Hall Road, has welcomed three new tenants and is now fully let.
Pass Logistics has let a 115,000 sq ft unit, Ardagh Glass has taken on a 110,000 sq ft unit and Lyndon Systems has secured a 40,000 sq ft unit.
Leading property consultancy Fisher German completed the deals alongside joint agents Avison Young and CBRE, all acting on behalf of Doncaster Property Trading Ltd.
Pass Logistics, a transport and logistics company which recently won SME Business of the Year in the Doncaster Business Awards, launched its new unit as part of its expansion plans.
