International M&E consultancy CPW has announced the appointment of Jim Frisby to director as part of a significant number of promotions announced by the firm.
Jim joined CPW in 2015, operating in the consultancy’s Leicester office. His new role will see him maintaining the existing strong relationships with clients, team management as well as promoting the growth of the business.
His promotion is one of several across CPW’s 11 offices, with 19 other team members being rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
Jim said: “I’m incredibly proud to be starting this new role and helping CPW continue the great work it has been doing over several years in diversifying its expertise and developing its strong, robust reputation in the industry. We truly believe in ‘bringing buildings to life’, and this is reflected in the positive progression of the business and our advice to all our clients.”
Jim has worked on a host of high-profile schemes from the Leicester office over the past year. This includes the Hotel La Tour, which is due for completion in March 2022, the zero carbon St. Margaret’s bus station and the ground-breaking GKN aerospace global technology centre.
Jim said: “All our offices have a rich history of delivering pioneering schemes, whilst pooling skills and expertise from across the wider business to bolster our service offering. Collaboration is key to our success, and I’m looking forward to contributing further to CPW’s continued delivery of quality and sustainably responsible buildings, with a focus on enhancing our reputation as a partner of choice for solid and sustainable designs.”
Other promotions include Paul Titmus and Keith Terry moving up to associate director roles in the Solihull office, and Gareth Whittaker, Hannah Beirne and Alex Skidmore being named as associates in Leeds, Solihull and Nottingham respectively.
Paul added: “The team here at CPW is incredibly strong, and I’m thrilled to have been promoted to associate director. 2022 is going to be a very interesting year for CPW, with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to expand our portfolio and presence within our chosen sectors whilst continuing to have a positive impact on the environment and recruit talented, driven individuals to come on this exciting journey with us”
Andy Hill, HR director at CPW, said: “We’re thrilled to be able to recognise the hard work and ability of so many team members with this latest group of promotions. One of our greatest strengths at CPW is in the team we have built across our offices and the opportunities we are able to offer, and this is reflected in being able to announce this current group of 19 promotions.”
