The building occupies a prominent position at the entrance of Aviation Business Park, which is the largest employment site in Dorset and where major occupiers include Cobham, Curtis Wright, Honeywell and Hobbycraft.
The building was let to European Cargo who have a unique fleet of iconic Airbus long haul aircrafts and offer a reliable, cost effective and strategic air freight hub at Bournemouth Airport. The Airbus aircraft is capable of non-stop flights over long distances and since April 2020, European Cargo has established regular freight runs between the UK and a range of destinations around the globe, including the Far East, United States, Africa and the Emirates.
