Global property consultancy Knight Frank has expanded its London Business Rates team with the appointment of Matthew Fanning as an Associate.
Matthew, a Registered Valuer, joins Knight Frank from GL Hearn, where he was Associate Director. He has over 14 years’ experience in real estate, advising on Business Rates and Valuation Matters, providing strategic advice to landlord and tenant clients.
He also brings considerable experience across the retail and leisure sectors, having advised on public houses, hotels, health & fitness centres, golf courses, theatres and casinos and advising landlords and tenants on the high street and shopping centre locations across the South East.
At Knight Frank, Matthew will advise office, retail and leisure clients in Central London and across the South East of England.
