Avison Young has made three promotions in its Bristol Office to Associate Director – Daniel Rich, Matthew Dingle and Nicole Kruger.
Daniel Rich joined Avison Young in 2013 as a graduate. He gained his RICS chartered status in 2016, and as part of the Land and Development team, is involved in all areas of development including brownfield/urban regeneration, listed buildings, build to rent, and housebuilder sites. He advises both private and public sector clients, assisting with marketing and development strategies, and with a particular focus around sustainability and net zero carbon, nature based solutions and biodiversity net gain.
Nicole Kruger first worked as a Graduate Surveyor in Avison Young’s Cardiff office 15 years ago, rejoining Avison Young from NHS Wales Specialist Estate Services in 2019. She works in the Healthcare team, specialising in primary care, advising GP practices, landlords, investors, funds and banks, across areas including valuation work, development, investment and lease advisory services.
Nicole has recently become a committee member of the Bristol Property Inclusion Commission, the body on a mission to widen representation in the sector. “I hope by joining the committee I can help highlight that there are opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background, to benefit from our industry,” she says.
Matthew Dingle has been practising since 2012 as a Building Surveyor, gaining chartered status in 2016. He has been involved in a wide variety of building surveying instructions across the South West since joining Avison Young in 2014 and specialises in project monitoring and management roles. Matthew was selected to join Avison Young’s Emerging Leaders programme in 2020.
Recent instructions for Matthew include project monitoring on behalf of Homes England for three new residential developments in North Devon; and project management of a student accommodation refurbishment project in Exeter.
Jo Davis, Regional Managing Director for Avison Young Bristol says:
“These promotions are testament to the performance and potential of Avison Young’s future leaders.
